With a turnout of more than a hundred cars, the Singapore Honda Club (SHC) celebrated their 10th anniversary with a mega photo shoot at the F1 pit building. We were there to witness it.
The wet weather didn't stop a massive group of Honda owners from celebrating 10 years of their club's existence at the awesome backdrop of the F1 pit building. Lined up in rows along the pit straight, a range of Hondas including S2000s, Civics, Citys, Fits and Streams were in attendance.
The uncooperative weather did make photo taking a drizzly affair, but nonetheless, spirits were up and the event went on for a good four hours. There was even a huge anniversary cake and refreshments for all to enjoy.
A key factor for the club's success and longevity is the faithfulness of its moderators, many of whom were there from the very start and are still working hard to keep the club active, despite owning cars of different makes now.
