The third generation Mercedes-Benz M-Class scores particularly highly on outstanding energy efficiency, and on average, the new model range consumes 25 percent less fuel than the previous models.


The new look further accentuates the horizontal lines at the front end. The engine hood is more arched, the upper corners of the single frame grille are tapered, and the cross ribs and the Audi rings are highlighted three-dimensionally. The grille is painted gray, with high-gloss black on the six-cylinder models or in combination with the S line exterior package. The redesigned bumpers are striking with their angular air inlets, their revised grilles and the flat front fog lights.

Volvo Car Corporation estimates to sell about 7,500 units of limited edition Volvo Ocean Race cars, which include the Volvo V60, V70, XC60 and XC70. The four largest markets are expected to be Germany, Sweden, Great Britain and Italy. Other markets outside Europe that will be involved in the race will also sell the cars. Wearnes Automotive has managed to secure just ten units of the Volvo XC60, even though Singapore is not involved in the race.

The S$870,000 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR from Porsche Motorsport’s customer racing vehicles is ready to race for the 2012 season!


The body of the new BMW 1 Series is 85 millimetres longer than its predecessor at 4,324 millimetres, while the wheelbase has widened by 30 millimetres to 2,690 millimetres. The car also looks more powerful because its overall width has increased by 17 millimetres to 1,765 millimetres, while its height remains unchanged at 1,421 millimetres. The rear seats have 21 millimetres more legroom, and the luggage compartment has expanded by 30 litres to 360 litres.

First up: The looks. The Range Rover Sport is still as big and imposing, even though we noticed several “softer” features. The lights still maintain their shape, but the front lamps have been updated with a ring of LEDs that form the daytime running lights, while the lights in the rear get a subtle work-over.
