Porsche has bagged both the teams’ and manufacturers’ championships for Formula E in 2025.

What does it take to dominate a racing series that’s all about electrons and efficiency? For Porsche, it took six seasons, a paddock brimming with talent, a decade’s worth of engineering, and a final London showdown to complete the trifecta of Formula E world titles.

After Pascal Wehrlein’s sensational Drivers’ Championship win last season, Porsche has officially swept the trophy cabinet clean.

With the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ titles secured at the 2025 London E-Prix, the Stuttgart marque has reached the peak of its electric motorsport aspirations.

The London E-Prix finale was textbook Formula E. António Félix da Costa, despite starting dead last due to a mechanical gremlin in qualifying, hustled his way up to a heroic sixth. His teammate, Pascal Wehrlein, looked poised for another podium before contact nudged him down to eighth.

Porsche-powered cars were everywhere in the top ten. Jake Dennis, driving for customer team Andretti, was the highest finisher in fourth. Meanwhile, David Beckmann earned his first-ever Formula E point in tenth for Cupra Kiro.

“We’ve achieved what we set out to do. The Teams’ and Manufacturers’ Championships are ours,” beamed Florian Modlinger, Director Factory Motorsport for Formula E. “The effort over the past months and years has been immense. It’s a milestone for us.”

Wehrlein echoed the sentiment: “Third in the Drivers’ standings, plus the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ wins. Mission accomplished. But we can go even further, that’s the goal next season.”

In case you’re the sort who enjoys reading lap charts over breakfast, here’s how the season wrapped up:

Drivers’ Standings:

  • Pascal Wehrlein – P3 (145 pts)
  • António Félix da Costa – P5 (111 pts)
  • Jake Dennis – P7 (93 pts)
  • Dan Ticktum – P11 (85 pts)
  • Nico Müller – P15 (48 pts)

For now, it’s time for the team to breathe. But as Wehrlein hinted, next season starts tomorrow. Metaphorically, at least.
